Webinars

31 August 2022 @ 6 pm (GMT+2): Free webinar - Finding calm at work through mindfulness.

About this webinar

In our hurried and harried world, work can be a place where we feel anxious and overwhelmed. But it doesn’t need to be that way. Mindfulness can help us access inner calm and a sense of groundedness, even in demanding situations.

If you’re looking for ways to handle work-based anxiety, join this free webinar with certified mindfulness meditation teacher Faith Bosworth. In an hour-long and interactive session, Faith will share basic techniques for calming your mind and cultivating the awareness to better respond to anxiety when it shows up.

About the facilitators

This webinar is a collaboration between Brendon Bosworth, founder of Human Element Communications, and Faith Bosworth, founder of Calm and Connect. (They also happen to be siblings!).

Faith is a group facilitator and certified mindfulness teacher who facilitates experiential learning through mindfulness and compassion practices. She trained through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) taught by the psychotherapists and meditation teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. The program is certified by the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley.

Brendon is a communications specialist and science communication trainer who incorporates mindfulness into his work and life. He sees great value in empathetic, mindful communication for improving the way people work together in challenging times.
